It’s recently been harder to keep up with BookPage online, so instead I’m looking at book releases myself.

I’d like to include the pitches in here, however I read something about how that hurts your SEO because of duplicate content. I’m not positive so until I learn more, I’ll be refraining from sharing the summaries except for book reviews.

You can click on the book covers to be taken to it’s Goodreads page.

Young Adult fantasy

Haven’t read the first book yet, however I loved the Grisha series. I wasn’t a fan of Six of Crows, but I’m thinking I will like this series more.

Another book where I need to read the first book however I have liked the other books from this author in the past.

Honestly the only thing I could think of when I read the summary for this was Frozen. However, I think it sounds really exciting.

The Kingdom of Back

by Marie Lu

I love Marie Lu’s books and I love historical fiction. So I think this will be a great cross over.

I need to read the first book however I’ve heard a lot of great things so far.

Historical fiction

The Lost Apothecary

by Sarah Penner

I think this sounds like a really interesting book about apothecaries.

The Ladies of the Secret Circus

by Constance Sayers

Ever since I read The Night Circus, I’ve been really interested in other circus themed books. I think it’s cause circuses don’t really exist that much anymore due to animal cruelty issues however I think circuses in the past are ripe for ideas.

The Conductors
(Murder and Magic #1)
by Nicole Glover

I’ve always loved books around the Underground Railroad ever since I first read about Harriet Tubman. She’s one of my favorite figures from that era and I think it’s important to educate ourselves about the impacts of slavery. But anyways, this sounds right up my alley.

Wild Women and the Blues

by Denny S. Bryce

I love love the 1920s. It’s one of my favorite decades of all time and I love books about it. I think it’s just one of those time periods that you can do a lot of different stuff about.

The Rose Code

by Kate Quinn

Another fascinating thing about WWII and WWI to me are the spies and code breakers. I’ve been watching Agent Carter finally, and so this sounds really great to read.

Romance (YA/Adult/NA)

The Dating Plan

by Sara Desai

I’m trying to get more into romance books and so this sounds like a really fun book to read. However while I was looking up books for this month, I saw another reality TV themed romance book coming out as well. How many are there??

Accidentally Engaged

by Farah Heron

Enemies to lovers stories are my favorites. I especially think this one will be really cute.

I Think I Love You

by Auriane Desombre

Another enemies to lovers book I think from the YA world that sounds cute and adorable.

Nonfiction

Women in White Coats: How the First Women Doctors Changed the World of Medicine

by Olivia Campbell

I love any nonfiction book that talks about the contribution of women to the world.
